Friday, September 11, 2020 - Last of the bottles from my spring Envoyer shipment and sad to see this go. Sipped this as we were overlooking Lake Sunapee and contemplating the 19th anniversary of 9/11, the end of summer and the weird year that 2020 has been. As with previous experience - this is an acid lover's champagne -super bright and racy. Clean and precise with some red berries, and lingering acidity on the palate. Very refreshing.
