Tuesday, September 29, 2020 - Color: Deep opaque red, hints of purple.
Nose: Blackberry, blueberry, spice, oak.
Medium+ Body, Medium Acid.
I actually think this is drinking pretty well right now. Aerated straight from the bottle. Lush fruit upfront, blackberries, anise, oak, hibiscus. Tannins still have some grip, with a bit of acid on the follow. I think it will be better in another 2/3 years, but it's drinking perfectly fine now.
