Wednesday, September 30, 2020 - completely different from a bottle a month. This was very reductive and quiet a bit of salinity but also long on the finish. while I wouldn't call this bottle open it was more accessible to the last one I had. drank over 4 hours and it mellowed but showed more lime and subtle minerality. 92/93
