Friday, October 9, 2020 - The balance of fruit and minerality is excellent here. In the nose white pepper, citrus and underneath apricot and pear. On the palate first a refreshing acidity and then a concentrated citrus variation with nice minerality underneath. Absolutely a great composition. The finish is medium but bit num in the very end. All in all this is a great Chassagne!. I would say drink now or keep up until 10-15 more years for even more complexity and fatness. At this point 92-94P
