Friday, November 28, 2008 - Thanksgiving Wine Tasting (Carlton, OR): One of the only Pinots today that I've been able to taste the oak. It's nice in this wine, giving it structure and strength. Raspberry fruit, with a black cherry component. Leather flavors are also present, making this one of the more interesting Pinots of the day.
