I thought this was low acid until someone with more experience said that the acid was there if you look beneath the power of the fruit. Eventually I came around to that opinion, and what showed that it was a GC was the layers of sensation and flavours that came in waves. If this is the more linear Monty, the Montrachet itself must be an absolute monster.
