Sunday, October 18, 2020 - Slow oxed for two hours. Aromas of plums and tobacco come out of the glass. The palate has moved into a good place with flavors of plums, grilled meats, and leather. This has rounded quality, is medium bodied, and fully mature with the tannins largely resolved. This is quite pleasurable now and probably will hold for the next five years.
