Saturday, October 17, 2020 - Bright clear medium dark yellow; Still some reduction notes on the nose, but wafts up delicate white flowers, sort of perfumey, clean limestone-like minerals here (reductive style as compared to maybe a more oxidative style in the Pernot?). Silky, rich and slightly oily but bright and plenty of lift, huge concentration, super long long tangy lovely finish. Amazing. Oo Toro in Walnut.
