Saturday, November 29, 2008 - A nose a flavor of black olives mixed with damp earth and tobacco. A rather thin wine on the palate that left me wanting more depth, flavor and intensity. I don't see this as a wine with much room for improvement and would suggest drinking over the next 5-7 years; it pairs decently with prime rib, but a richer meal will overpower the flavors in the glass.
