Saturday, October 24, 2020 - Golden in appearance. Apple and citrus on the nose with a hint of toast. Green apple, lemon, brioche and toast on the palate along with a lovely fine mousse. This has nice fruit but also some good secondary flavours adding complexity. We drank this with lasagne and then apple strudel and custard neither of which I imagine are typical but it worked really well with both.
