Thursday, November 19, 2020 - Ready from the start but actually began to close off as the hours went by. Initially very smooth with candied/juicy black fruit and mineral accompanied by only edges of heat. As time went on it remained drinkable but noticeably more structured and closed. It’s open enough now (more so than prior years at this stage) but my guess will close off in the next month and sleep for 3-4 years.
