Saturday, November 28, 2020 - PnP. ABV 13.5%.
Bricking at the edge, the color looked advanced. Similarly on the nose, autumn leaves, wet earth, and flowers. On the first sip, tannins mostly resolved, dedicated on the palate, no excessive acidity of the vintage, not overly complex but good balance. Certainly no trace of alcohol. Definitely ready for consumption, more like in the 7th inning than in the 4th inning. 1/12.
