Saturday, November 28, 2020 - First bottle of the box.
Dom Perignon’s little brother. Pale yellow with consistent perlage. Fruity and sweet notes with some citrus hints. Creamy palate with perfect counted bubbles. Fantastic corrispondence nose/mouth, with nice persistency. Thought was a bit more acid actually. Next bottle in a few weeks so I prefer to wait for the “sentence”
