Sunday, November 29, 2020 - textural with some exotic mango and orange notes to start; evolving in the glass to more grapefruit; still with some fur, acidity, must and je ne sais quoi; this has aged really well.
day 2 leaner fruit with plenty of tart lime and grapefruit; still has good texture and some fur
