Friday, November 27, 2020 - Lovely showing - it just sang. Airy aromas of rose petals, red apple, wild strawberry, tobacco, white pepper. Crisp and fresh, dusty and savory, the wineberry, McIntosh apple peel and tart strawberry fruit is laced with broth, mushrooms, floral and spicy elements. Vibrant, exotic, expressive but I'd love to see where this goes over the next three to five years.
