Tuesday, December 1, 2020 - Opened the bottle (375) over the weekend but decided not to drink it so I put the cork back in and left it in the fridge. Took it out last night and a few of us shared it. Dark fruit on the nose, the palate was dark berries, leather, and some coffee. The finish was moderate to long. I think I scored it lower than previously because it needs food and might have been open a little too long.
