Saturday, December 5, 2020 - A perfect pairing with the marinated tri tip. Stewed plums and a hint of heat on the nose. Medium to dark color. Bright plum, raspberry, ripe strawberry red fruit, Asian spices, minerality, excellent balanced acidity, medium tannic finish. Yum.
