Saturday, December 5, 2020 - Opened this for my dad's birthday celebration at Huat Kee Teochew Restaurant.
Decanted for 2 hours before consumption. A very matured wine which still needs more time in the bottle or decanter. Some meat notes with cassis, dark red cherries, dark chocolates, some spices, vanilla, and lead. The nose is unmistakably Margaux, with the perfumed aroma and chewy tannins adding to the wholesome experience for the drinker.
