Monday, December 14, 2020 - More open than 30 months ago, relaxing, with some
tertiary notes on opening; still noticeably alcoholic (14%) but not offensively so. Prunes are fading into something more floral. Color now showing age at the rim. Prediction: will peak in 2 years and decline soon after; drink now-2023.
