Saturday, December 19, 2020 - Displaying lightening on the rim, but not browning or bricking. Exhibiting some maturity, but on the early side of it. Drinking well, with silky tannins, fresh fruits, spice and licorice. Palate cleansing acidity on the finish. Very nice, but has lots of room to grow. UPDATE: Leftovers were placed in an air-tight vial and refrigerated. This improved on day two, showing more breadth and layers.
