Wednesday, December 23, 2020 - Golden yellow, fine mousse. Nose of dried flowers and rich fruits, it's quite full and intense with good minerality. Medium full body, nice lengthy finish. This feels still a touch tight though, despite oxidative methods. I would leave it for a few more years, or perhaps a decant...
