Sunday, December 27, 2020 - Last bottle of this; opened it after a disappointing Le Clos in fear of premox; however this showed pure brilliance. The Dauvissat I fell in love with; the nose is beautiful and pure Chablis, lemon peel, sea breeze, crushed stone, iodine, and green apple, some floral notes with air. The nose is intense and the palate shows the same. Pure energy and freshness, but with really impressive depth and concentration. Excellent.
