Friday, January 1, 2021 - bright yellow with abundant fine bubbles - distinctive nose of ripe apples and freshly baked bread - reminiscent of caramel apple brioche French toast - full round rich mouth with a nicely lingering fruit finish - a very good bottle to welcome 2021!
