Friday, January 1, 2021 - This was fantastic. Drank with homemade pasta with porcini mushroom cream sauce. Some tannins on opening melted quickly and beautiful floral/red fruit palate with exceptional length and nose. Sour cherries on finish exceptional. Getting better by the hour, wish I had bought more. Likely this will get even better for some time but hard to resist at the moment..... .
