Friday, January 1, 2021 - If you drink this in a traditional white wine setting it is a stand out competitor against warmer climate California Chards. You can do that, or you can pair it with pork. It’s genius shows through with a tender, slightly peppered, and herby preparation of loin. Vanilla, grapefruit, sparkling MINERAL water, oaky finish. It’s dry quality really shines. Argentina dominates again!

Paired with anchovy pasta it has a classic dry, buttery, chard profile.

But, I urge you to explore with it - you will be pleased!
