Saturday, January 16, 2021 - Double decant. Concentrated blackcurrant. Pencil lead. Spicy. Oak influence still a bit overwhelming. Med-Long finish. A ridiculously great pairing with filets and sautéed mushrooms. A delicious wine but not nearly as good as the 2014.
