Saturday, January 30, 2021 - A very fine wine, with depth and complexity. My bottle, however, showed just a touch of farmyard, which is quite acceptable but it tended to flatted out the flavours. I think I prefer my Chablis just on the under-ripe side of maturity. But this is only my personal preference.

I note that people often give advice on how long a wine can still be kept. Often this advice sounds objective, but it all really depends on where and how the wines have been kept and the climate that the drinker lives in. If I had any further bottles of this particular wine, I would drink them sooner rather than later.
