Wednesday, February 3, 2021 - This was singing. The cork was in great condition, no sign of seepage.
The wine was polished and had the trademark tahbilk nose.
Few markers of cabernet, which I enjoyed.
The wine is drinking at peak, and a great value. Graphite, cedar, savoury moreish.

Drink up, no upside anticipated.
Decanting and sieving recommended. Heavy sediment.
