Thursday, December 25, 2008 - Lots of earthiness, mushroom and leather on the nose. The red fruit has moved to the background. Tannins are smooth with lots of earthy flavors: mushroom, soil and tobacco. Long cedar, oak and vanilla finish. Definitely time to drink now.
