Saturday, August 15, 2020 - Bought from Jean at Trimbach, so no storage issues! Tiny bit disappointing in the context of what a bottle of CSH can be. Totally fine dry riesling, but I've had at least a dozen CFEs that I've enjoyed more. I think the biggest let down is probably the lack of precision. I expect a wine like this to be etched on my palate. This...more of a number 2 pencil.
