Sunday, February 14, 2021 - Punches above its weight class. I tend to agree with the professional reviewer who said that if this were a Napa bottle, it would be 2-3x the cost. Over $100 for sure. This is focused with plenty of dark blue and black fruit, but also graphite, leather and tobacco notes. A bit on the masculine side, with no over-extraction or flab to worry about. 14.9% ABV. Well done bottle, and easy one to stock in the cellar for fun drinking any time! Many years of integration and improvement ahead, as well.
