Sunday, February 14, 2021 - Wonderfully balanced rhone style wine with complex dark fruit flavors, savory earthy and meaty flavors. Very smooth and integrated. Lovely mature wine and I could drink this kind of wine any time. Great with our grilled lamb chops, gorgonzola polenta and roasted eggplant.
