Saturday, February 6, 2021 - Fine brioche, fresh hay, marginally nutty, cool red berry fruit and gooseberry. Fresh palate, harmonious. A well-made, nicely textured Champagne. Probably lacking the precision and refinement of the greats, but I wouldn't hesitate a second to pop a bottle of this any time of the day.
