Sunday, February 21, 2021 - PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Root” day): Pale ruby with some bricking hues.

Smoke, cured meat, bacon fat, soy, dried leaves, animale.

Hints of VA towards finish that does not bother.

The only thing that puts this under 95 points is its slight lack of mid palate concentration but I have no complaints!
