Tuesday, February 23, 2021 - Access via coravin. Dark amber in color, on the nose, honey and yellow stone fruits. Upon drinking waves and waves of honeyed tropical fruits, white stone fruits, orange, and vanilla caramel. A bit on the viscous side, and maybe lacking just a bit in acidity, but the botrytis spice is still apparent. All in all, just delicious, although one glass was enough to scratch the itch. Many years left and a nice qpr.
