Saturday, February 27, 2021 - Everything you expect from a mid 90's Barossa Shiraz. High alcohol (16.5%) massive fruit (and you can actually taste the apricots - think semi dried). Not a wine to be drunk alone, it needs a BBQ. In my case smoked pork spare ribs with sweet and spicy bbq sauce. Perhaps a cheese platter with some big flavours to match

This has years to run, no rush here at least another 3 years
