We drank it in a burgundy glass as a white wine, and it was quite enjoyable that way. Rich lemony biscuit, bracing acidity, and the purity of chalk & tension throughout. If it had it's fizz, would have been really something. Nevertheless enjoyable just not typical Champagne in the usual state. Open that bottle night 2021
