Friday, November 27, 2020 - Nose: The nose is wide open, aromatic, and fresh as it fills the glass with peaches, pears, green apples, saline, acacia flowers, chalk, flint, biscuits, sea breeze, oyster shells, and warm dough. This smells like a Grand Cru Chablis, but in Champagne form.

Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with racy, high acidity. The acidity has some edge to it while the feel is well balanced and precise with peaches, pears, green apples, saline, acacia flowers, flint, oyster shells, warm dough, and biscuits.

Overall: This was from a 2015 base. This bottle is pure joy for Chardonnay fans if what you like is a more precise and salinic wine.
