Tuesday, March 2, 2021 - Lovely aromas of wild raspberries, light cinnamon oak spice, and hints of moist clay. Already surprisingly soft and silky, with open-knit fruit, juicy acidity, light tannins and low alcohol (12%). Drinks like a charm and will be hard to keep, but might be even lovelier with some tertiary aromas, which might take three to five years to develop.
