Saturday, March 6, 2021 - This was served blind during a Krug Clos du Mesnil vertical as an intermezzo wine. Another amazing wine. Expressive nose of farmyard with dark fruit and a green, CabFranc like stemmy nose in the background, wonderful. The palate is so elegant, not rustic but just laser precise, tannins dissolved. Another stunning Clos Rougeard, what can I say. 96-97
