Saturday, March 6, 2021 - Fine wine... Immediate hit of a certain Italian rusticity (read brett), but also immediately followed by those Nebbiolo roses. Structure is lovely with a sense of fruit, cleansing acid, and soft tannin. Drink with food, enjoy the complexities.
