Sunday, February 14, 2021 - WOW! First an attempt to describe the flavours, which doesn't even get close to telling the full experience. It is medium to full bodied. Figs, plums, cloves with faint eucalyptus and damson. Very similar profile to the same year's Mount Edelstone, but up a level in silky smoothness. Long. Sublime. This is one of these very few wines I've tasted where the experience transcends description and you just sit back stunned and enjoy it. Extraordinary. ******
