Immediately rich and smooth; a bit of raspberry, rose, and roasted tomato. The entryist Pinot successfully reeducates the false consciousness sangiovese. Quaker oatmeal squares nose didn't make it to day 2
Enhanced acidity erodes the the richness the following day; not Better, just different
So far, a January 30th, 2021 Vietti Barolo Castiglione 2012 note pretty much sums up how I feel about this wine, though my # might be lower, as nuanced insanity is more my brand than prestige
