Saturday, April 3, 2021 - This is a really beautiful place. Open an radiant, with notes of wet stone minerality, seashell, apple, but also some spices, white peach and again plenty of saline minerality. It‘s light-bodied, but with very good mid-palate persistence, has pretty medium-high acidity adding nice tension and freshness. Good length. A very pretty, mineral-driven (as the house-style is), perfectly balanced Riesling that is ready to go.
