Friday, April 2, 2021 - Not much to add to my last note. Will try to save my remaining two bottles to see how it develops. There is absolutely no hurry to drink.

Medium garnet. Pronounced aromas - dark dried fruit - cherries, cassis, red fruit too - wild strawberry, violet, undergrowth, smoke, mushroom. Developing. Dry palate, high acidity, med+ fine tannins, med alcohol and body, long finish. Rich palate, lots of layers of flavour. This is seriously good village Gevrey Chambertin.
