Sunday, April 4, 2021 - Expressive nose displaying succulent concentrated yellow fruit with a hint of white, lemon curd, apple, pear, sweet spices, honey, honeysuckle and limestone. Excellent concentration, packed concerted ripe yellow fruit, lemon oil, rich and opulent yet also energetic and precise, bright acidity, strong limestone mineral and a long ripe concentrated yellow fruit driven finish with honeysuckle and cinnamon at the end. This has the concentrated ripe fruit expression of a GC Montrachet but obviously lack finesse and complexity. Very Lafon and really delicious.
