Dry Port! Plums, figs, herbaceoues notes, sweet spice, slight volatility, loads of alcohol...which creates the illusion of juiciness on the palate because it's making my mouth water so much. Sour plums and raisins, prunes, drying chalky tannins. Young but old. Super extracted.
I guessed Old School Barossa Shiraz with at 20 years under the belt (and about 16.5% alcohol)
