Wednesday, April 28, 2021 - Nothing like my previous bottle on 4/28/15. I don't think age has improved this, I believe previous bottle was of questionable quality.

Medium golden color with strong bubbles; this wine's patina is just showing with red apple, cinnamon aromas; crisp acidity with flavors of apple, lemon, toast, and cinnamon. Very enjoyable.

This shined with Water Grill's fish 'n chips.
