Saturday, May 8, 2021 - Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined and left at room temperature), note from day 2. Appearance: Clear, medium ruby. Nose: Clean, aromas of red fruit - cherry, raspberry, and cranberry, earth, and spice. Palate: Dry, medium+ acid, medium- tannins, medium alcohol and body, medium+ intensity and length with flavors of spicy red fruit, cola, and earth. Very good overall excelling in complexity and length. Can drink now or over the next 1-3 years.
