Thursday, May 20, 2021 - Beautiful scents of white flowers and slate.
Far less lean than the 2018. Round, full, white peach and honeycrisp apple. Cold stream river rocks. Mild acidity to balance the finish.
Highly excellent entry level Chablis from a producer on an uptrend.
